Research Roundup: Focus on Observational Studies

Research Roundup is an occasional series of virtual programs to help people better understand Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia research. Each program features current research participants and experts in the field. Discussion will include explanations of how observational studies and clinical trials differ, what it’s like to participate in a study and highlights of studies seeking volunteers to enroll.

Join us for Research Roundup on Friday, December 10th from 12 – 1:30pm EST! Hear from experts about observational research studies & how they improve understanding of Alzheimer’s disease & related dementias. Information from these studies helps enhance evaluation, diagnosis and treatments.

You’ll also meet a current research study participant and their study partner who will share their experiences and answer your questions.

Our expert panel includes: Rebecca Amariglio, PhD, Jasmeer Chhatwal, MD, PhD, MMSc, Gad Marshall, MD and Patrizia Vannini, PhD.
