Martha Muniz

Martha received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (’08) and Master of Arts in Psychology (’12) degrees from San Diego State University and Boston University, respectively. She has worked in public health research (Hispanic Community Health Study/ Study of Latinos), aging and Alzheimer’s disease research at the University of California (San Diego) and at the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.

Currently, Martha is the Director of Recruitment at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital Center for Alzheimer Research & Treatment. She is interested in outreach efforts within diverse communities and is passionate about advancing practices to include individuals from all backgrounds in research. She is excited to continue learning about aging and cognition in older adults within and outside the Latino community.
